Support is important to us and we would like to believe that everything we do works correctly all the time...but hey, we know that's not the case! This page lists common issues we hear about (and what to do about them) plus general technical information.

Issue 1: You're using IE8 as a web browser. Click here to trick it into working correctly.

Issue 2: Video won't play - Most of the video we have online uses flash 8 to play. We use flash because it's already installed in 98% of all computers. We have a few older video series that require QuickTime to play, if you need QuickTime you can download it for free here. If you have flash and QuickTime and your video still won't play, click the "report problem" link above where the video should be. I check this daily and try to get things fixed as quickly as possible.

Issue 3: Can't Login - 99% of the time when you try to login and your stuff looks different, you've tried to log in with a different email address than you've used before, so make sure you're using the correct email and if you are email wcook@mycoachonline.com and I'll get the problem resolved quickly.

Issue 4: Lost or wrong password - If you login with the wrong password, our servers automatically send the correct password to the email address you login in with (see the importance of a valid email address). If you don't get the email, check your junk folder, it may be there. The password email is titled "MyCoachOnline Password" (original huh??).
